2. Data we collect
We collect only the data that you voluntarily provide through the subscription form for the weekly Eco newsletter: name and email address. We may also collect basic technical data (anonymised IP address, browser, language) for statistical purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to send you the newsletter on renewable energy, sustainable agriculture and environmental protection. The legal basis is your express consent, given via the acceptance checkbox of the form, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
4. Retention
Your data is retained while your subscription remains active. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each newsletter or by writing to legal@kredoventra.com.
